Stephen Ozawa – Managing Partner
Steve has dedicated years leading teams in print and digital communication, project management, art production, digital asset management and art buying. He has collaborated on award-winning campaigns in business-to-business, consumer and retail advertising. Steve possesses expert knowledge of direct response, branding, experiential and customer relationship marketing coupled with the ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining budgets.

Prior to PS Creative Marketing, Steve was Production Director at O&K Reach where he implemented agency SOPs to ensure brand consistency, on-target messaging and flawless execution. He managed all creative resources including vendors, freelancers and associates. Steve was responsible for introducing new technologies, best practices and maintaining the agency culture.

Steve also spent time as Director of Print Services at David&Goliath where he successfully integrated a partnership with an external production company that increased agency billings and reduced vendor costs. He introduced new employee on-board training and reformatted the project management system to allow greater collaboration and transparency between print, broadcast and digital departments. Steve acted as production lead on national and regional print/OOH campaigns for KIA Motors, Universal Studios, Bacardi, Anchor Blue and Cazadores.

Steve has also provided leadership and production expertise at Standard Time, Russ Reid, SRC Advertising, Ideaology and Herbalife. Clients have included CVS Pharmacy, American Red Cross, Mattel, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Bank of Hawaii, Coldwell Banker, Guthy-Renker, Avery Dennison, Murad, Smith+Noble and JAKKS Pacific.
